i got my pre-order of the new MCS album today. almost a week after release, but totally worth the wait i'd say. limited edition shirt (although coming to me in a separate package), and signed cd insert. booyah!

plus it's really good. had a quick chat with matt, the bass player, while i was in seattle. super cool dude, i wish they'd make their way back to hawaii to support the new album.

so someone totally hacked my credit card and charged a bunch of shit, like a hotel room in turkey, airfare to austrailia, a cable bill in the UK. no hassles really, the company pretty much assumed all the random charges weren't mine, so they declined them. only pain in the ass in that i had to close out my account and get a new one done up, so yeah... eat shit thieves.

started off rather crap, but then gradually noon came around and work was done with for the day. couple pints from the corner store and over to Lizzle's place. i don't think my day could have gotten any better from then on. hung out, drank, talked, dropped her off at her aunt's.

i nap.

shower and watch the mtv music video awards. remember back when these things were somewhat good? nirvana, lithium, best live performance on mtv, ever. the only good things about this 2007 showing was JT telling mtv to start playing music again. the clips of Foo Fighters (said to be one of the performers, but never shown doing an entire song.) playing their new single with fuckin pat smear on 3rd guitar, playing holiday in cambodia with serj from system of a down on vocals, and then doing some other song with cee-lo on vocals. dave grohl, you're a fucking golden god.

finished up the day with drinking some green apple vodka i found in the freezer, mixed in with cherry limeade. not very good, but it got the job done.

i bought new frames. currently tormenting myself with the idea of dating some girl that probably doesn't even like me. soon to be working 7 days a week, 2 jobs. rather nervous yet excited about job 2. look at you, tie that shoe.
